Meet your customers unique needs. Make sure the benefits
you are offering have an extra special appeal to your market niche. Does
your product or service offer something that's new and compelling?
Speak your audiences language. When targeting a new niche
make sure you are speaking their lingua fraca ie speak their language. You
need to understand your market's "hot buttons" and to communicate
with them on their level not yours.
Test the market before you plunge in head-first. Assess
your competitors in order to find new market niches and see how you can
position your firm against theirs. Start by reviewing your competitors'
ads, brochures and websites. Look at their main selling points, pricing,
delivery and keywords
